In the future all vehicles using the service must be registered with the county council which can be done on-line or by telephone to the Customer Service Centre. Two vehicles can be registered at any one address.
The service starts on 1st April 2016 but a certain amount of leniency may be tolerated up to the 1st September 2016 when vehicles will be turned away
